How to use: Dukkah - Roasted or Olive

A delicious mix of ground roasted nuts and spices. Try some of our favourite recipe ideas…   Mix with breadcrumbs to crumb fish fillets, then shallow fry in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sprinkle over lasagne before cooking  Add 1 – 2 Tbsp to green salads  Sauté cabbage or silver beet in a little water, drain and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Dukkah  Use as a delicious dipping mix. Dip crusty bread into Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then Roasted or Olive Dukkah  Sprinkle to decorate a cheese platter. Fresh Olive Pasta

125 g flour 1 whole egg 15 mil oil 15 mil milk 2 tbsp olive powder Mix all knead lightly / rest covered 1/2 hour, watch the olive powder reconstitute.
