2019 premium blend is a mix of Frantoio, Picual, Picholene, & Koroneiki grown in the hills surrounding Hawke's Bay.

It has a Polyphenol content of 91mg/kg.  Phenols are 'natures anti-oxidants' 

It has a complex aroma and flavour of freshly picked olives, mixed with green grass, tomato leaf, passionfruit, and apples.  It has a well-balanced fruit, bitterness and pungency with front and mid palate sensations, and a long warm finish.

It will enhance and enrich any dish, guaranteed.
