A delicious mix of ground roasted nuts and spices. Try some of our favourite recipe ideas…   Mix with breadcrumbs to crumb fish fillets, then shallow fry in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sprinkle over lasagne before cooking  Add 1 – 2 Tbsp to green salads  Sauté cabbage or silver beet in a little water, drain and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Dukkah  Use as a delicious dipping mix. Baba Ganoush (Sort of....)

3 x medium size egg plants ( Aubergine ) 100ml of EVO Roast garlic or 100ml EVO and 1tsp minced garlic 4 tablespoons lemon juice 4 tablespoons dukkah butter Salt to taste Cook your egg plant, this can be done in two ways.
