Dukkah Crusted Fish

Serve 2 people

 2x Fillets of fish of your choice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – to cover the base of a frying pan + extra for the potatoes
Telegraph Hill Dukkah
2x Medium Potatoes

 

  1. Season the fillet of Fish with Hemp Seed, Olive or Roasted Dukkah
  2. Shallow fry in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until cooked
  3. Slice the potatoes about 3mm thick into rounds, coat in olive oil, salt and cook in the oven until done.
  4. Serve with oven baked potato chips and salad
