General product information

All Telegraph Hill products can be stored at room temperature until opened; once opened we recommend they be kept refrigerated and used within one month. The 300g pouch has a resealable top and is ideal for refrigerator storage.

• Barcodes – All products have a barcode
• Expiry Dates – All products have a best before date 12-36 months from manufacture.  A minimum 5/6th of shelf life will be remaining on delivery.
• Storage – All products are shelf stable.  Refrigerate once opened.
• Gluten Free – All products are gluten free

Bonus Stock

Are you a gift business buying large quantities of the same item? We have a bonus stock system where you get up to 12% additional free products based off the quantity you order.  The more you order the more free stock you get. Bonus Stock applies to orders for the same item.

Delivery times;

• Orders received by 12pm are despatched same day.
• North Island main centres overnight
• South island main centres two days
• Rural delivery address can add 2 days to the above delivery times.
