Barnea / Manzanillo Olive Oil - 265ml

This beautiful cold pressed oil is a blend of two olive varieties, Barnea and Manzanillo.  The 2010 pressing has a strong fruity aroma, with noted flavours of avocado, honey, aniseed, and dry hay.  It has a creamy nutty texture and a lingering subtle peppery finish.  

 

This delicate oil is recommended for use on salads and vegetables, specifically those with delicate flavours -such as lettuce, tomato, avocado, mixed green leaf, and cucumber.
