Fantastic Summer Temperatures
 Welcome to the first Olive Telegraph for 2010. We are very excited to announce the release of our new website this month, with full eCommerce features you can purchase from a secure online shop, track the progress of your order and see your purchase history with us.
It is mad growing time now with fantastic summer temperatures hitting the 30’s. The tree health is looking great, so we are looking to provide optimal growing conditions for the olives. This means applying plenty of water to help growth. It is now that the olives are forming their pits and flesh. In theory supplying plenty of water will help the olives grow small pits and plenty of flesh. Watering at this time of year is a new tactic, we look forward to seeing the result at harvest time in May.
