Today I received in the mail two shiny certificates for our entries in the 'Royal Easter Show Olive Oil Awards 2011'. 

Spring means that we start to think of Autumn.  Its not like I want to miss the summer but more of, we begin to plan for harvest in May 2012.

Getting excited about the rugby world cup took on a new meaning at Telegraph Hill Olivery this week.  Their olive business has turned over a new leaf - the maple leaf of Canada.
